Ernie Gonzalez, who won the 1986 Pensacola Open, turns 55. He was the first left-handed golfer to win a Tour event in 12 years. He still plays the occasional Tour exemption and Nationwide Tour event.
Australia’s Richard Green, a three-time Euro Tour winner, turns 45. Green won seven professional tournaments overall, including the 1997 Dubai Desert Classic, in which he defeated both Greg Norman and Ian Woosnam in a playoff; the 2007 BA-CA Golf Open; and the 2010 Portugal Masters. In 2007, he tied the course record at Carnoustie with a 64 on the final day of the 2007 Open Championship to tie for fourth at the Major.
England’s Greg Owen, a three-time professional winner, turns 43. His biggest win was on the European Tour, the 2003 British Masters. He finished tied for 22nd at the 2006 Open Chapionship.
Former PGA and Web.com Tour member Michael Ruiz turns 41. Ruiz had brief stints on both tours between 2004 and 2011.
