American Bryson DeChambeau used his first career victory on the PGA Tour to rise from 144th to 81st and earn a spot in The Open Championship field this week.
Jon Rahm climbed up one spot to to No. 7, his new career-best. He has risen 130 spots from the start of the year.

Bryson DeChambeau rose to No. 34 in the latest FedEx Cup Standings with his win. He’s at 160 points. The top 125 players at the end of the year qualify for the Final Series. Dustin Johnson continues to lead the standings, 125 points ahead of Hideki Matsuyama.
Race to Dubai Standings
Tommy Fleetwood extended his lead to nearly 900,000 points in the latest Race to Dubai standings. The Englishman is at 3.63 million points followed by a trio of Spaniards. Sergio Garcia is second at 2.70 points, Jon Rahm is third with 2.65 points, and Rafa Cabrera Bell is fourth at 1.67 points.
