When Adam Scott announced he was looking for a new caddie given Steve Williams’ semi-retirement, he never expected the process to turn into a season of The Bachelor.
Scott revealed recently that he has been getting resumes from all over, including some that have utterly baffled him.
“There were some shockers, like random ones — some guy in Florida who lives at home and looks after his mom,” Scott said on Wednesday in Shanghai. “I guess he figured it would be a good job.”
Scott has racked up $18 million on the PGA Tour in the last five years, making that position mighty appealing. Prior to hiring Williams, he worked with Tony Navarro. He is currently caddied by David Clark at the HSBC. Clark usually works with Cameron Tringale.
