Spain’s Sergio Garcia has been in more than his fair share of high pressure situations over the years, considering he has 8 PGA titles, 11 Euro Tour wins and 4 Asian Tour victories under his belt at age 34.
But that pressure took a turn upwards on Tuesday when he got a look at his pairing for the CIMB Classic’s Pro-Am: Her Majesty Queen Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Hajah Haminah Hamidum, wife of Kuala Lumpur’s Sultan Abdul Hailm, the country’s elader.
Garcia was all smiles as he took the course with the queen, who is passionate about sports and is an avid golfer.
