McIlroy won the Omega Dubai Desert Classic on Sunday, moving up to fourth on the Race to Dubai money list with winnings of €631,978.
Danny Willett leads the race currently with €971,413. The top 60 players in prize money won on official Euro Tour events at the end of the season qualify for the post-season string of tournaments.
