Branden Grace rose to third in the latest Race to Dubai standings following his win Saturday at the Qatar Masters.
Grace has 629,654 points, just behind England’s Ross Fisher at 641,062. England’s Danny Willett is the overall leader with 939,270.
The top 60 players will qualify for the year-end “post-season”, which sees significant increases in prize money. Rory McIlroy is the defending champion.
McIlroy is ranked 10th in the current standings on the strength of his lone tournament played to date.
