David Duval isn’t done playing just yet, but that doesn’t mean he can’t lend his considerable knowledge to other arenas.
Duval has announced he will join The Golf Channel, beginning in three weeks at the Humana Challenge, a course he made famous in 1999 when he shot a 59 in the final round when he was ranked No. 1 in the world.
Duval is expected to also be on hand for the WGC events, the FedEx Cup playoffs, the PLAYERS Championship, and both the Presidents and Ryder Cups. He has been a guest analyst in years past.
“We’re extremely excited to welcome David to our Golf Channel family and our talented team of golf analysts,” executive producer Molly Solomon said. “David not only brings an enormous amount of credibility as one of the best golfers of his generation, but a knowledgeable and candid voice that our viewers will enjoy and can depend on.”
