Apparently, Phil Mickelson’s real estate agent is from the same school of thought. Mickelson’s 9,100 square foot home in Rancho Santa Fe, California, was recently listed for $5.99 million.
The home sits on 4.55 acres, was built in 2000, has seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a putting green, wine cellar, media room, pool, spa, and two guest houses.
Yes, two.
Mickelson has often complained about the state income tax of California being a detriment to living there, and has considered moves to both Florida and Texas in the past.
