The last chance for any golfers still seeking to sneak into the Race to Dubai top 60 starts Thursday Down Under at the Perth International, being played at Lake Karrinyup Country Club.
The field is surprisingly deep for the end of the season – three former Major winners are included: Charl Schwartzel, Geoff Oglivy, and American Jason Dufner, who is playing competitively for the first time in several months.
Also in the field is France’s Victor Dubuisson, fresh off competing in the Volvo Match Play Championship in London last week.
The Lake Karrinyup course is Australian to the core – complete with kangaroos on the fairways. It is a par-72, 7,142-yard course designed by Alex Russell.
It’s course record was set by Retief Goosen (63).
