ADVENTURE GOLFERS CAN WIN A CAR

Win a car at Abbey HillAbbey Hill Golf Centre in Milton Keynes is giving visitors the chance to win a new car.

All players opting into the contest who score a hole-in-one at the 18th on the public pay-and-play centre’s themed adventure golf course, Pirate Island, will be entered into a prize draw to win a Kia Picanto worth nearly £8,000.

The fun, obstacle-strewn layout features a giant shipwreck, lakes, waterfalls, rafts, cannons and even a resident crocodile, which visitors to Abbey Hill – part of BGL Golf, the UK’s leading course owner and operator – will need to successfully negotiate in just one shot on the final hole to be in with a chance.

The new Abbey Hill Golf Centre General Manager, Andrew Scholey, said: “Normally a hole-in-one is a rare occurrence in golf, but on Pirate Island, it’s much easier, giving lots of people a great opportunity to be in with a chance of winning the car.

“Adventure golf has proved to be hugely popular with people of all ages and previous golfing experience, and I look forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces taking on our hole-in-one challenge.”
