WYCOMBE HITS THE HEIGHTS WITH LEARN GOLF SCHEME

BGL Golf, the parent company of Wycombe Heights Golf Centre, has announced the Loudwater venue as the most successful in attracting new golfers through its free coaching initiative, Learn Golf.

The public pay-and-play centre generated nearly 20 percent of Learn Golf registrations across BGL Golf, the UK’s leading golf course owner and operator with ten facilities located throughout the UK.

The light-hearted, fun and free sessions, led by PGA professionals, introduce people to the basics of golf utilising Wycombe Heights’ extensive practice facilities, including a 24-bay, covered and floodlit driving range.

Graham Rolland, Wycombe Heights Golf Centre General Manager, said: “With our team of expert teaching professionals, we are well equipped to introduce new golfers to the game.

“We are dedicated to helping more people access the game, and by offering free lessons with no requirement for equipment or experience, Learn Golf is the perfect initiative to give people their first taste of the sport.”

Wycombe Heights, which is conveniently located just off the M40 in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, also boasts an 18-hole Short Course and the 6,272-yard Main Course, which were both designed by former Ryder Cup captain and golf legend, John Jacobs.
