China’s Huang Leads Shenzhen International

China’s Wen-Yi Huang, ranked a lowly 1,189th in the world, fired an opening-round 66 to take a one-stroke lead at the Shenzhen International being played at China’s Genzon Golf Course this week.

Seven players currently in the Race to Dubai Top 60 – Kiradech Aphibarnrat, Byeong Hun An, Andy Sullivan, Ross Fisher, Romain Wattel, Anthony Hall, and Matt Ford are all within three strokes of the lead.

Haung recorded four birdies in his first six holes, and had three more in the closing six on Thursday. He hit two bogeys.

He leads by one stroke over Aphibarnrat, Felipe Aguilar, Peter Uihelin, and An, who all shot 67s.
